As we celebrate our centennial as an Oklahoma higher education institution, you have unique opportunities to influence the future of the University. NSU and its Foundation are at an exciting crossroads. As we look forward one way, we see increased financial needs as state support continues to decline. Looking the other direction, we see the challenge of raising private support during a recession. NSU counts on the kindness of our friends, supporters and alumni. This has never been more important than it is today as we chart our course into a second century of educational leadership and service.

The Foundation serves two purposes:
1. Craft a customized giving plan that meets your goals, expectations and needs to reinvest in your alma mater.

2. Acquire, safeguard and distribute financial support for Northeastern State University for educational, benevolent, charitable, athletic, literary and scientific purposes.
Throughout this Centennial Year I will be working with President Don Betz to meet with individuals who want to have a transformative impact on future generations of NSU students, faculty and staff.  

All three of our campuses are changing, active and exciting. The presence of a new, dynamic President, new Athletic Director and motivated staff and faculty means new opportunities, programs and directions.

Assess the impact that NSU had on your career and life. Consider what this institution means to you. You have a chance to make a difference.

Do not miss an opportunity to become involved in the Alumni or Athletic Associations, or discover how you can reconnect with those in your college or academic program. Spend time on any of our campuses and engage in dialogue with our students. Observe their excitement and energy. Listen to their dreams. You can help them become a reality!
