Employee Giving

The Employee Giving Program is the first step in a public campaign that coincides with NSU's Centennial Celebration. We believe that we will be able to garner greater public support if we are able to show strong support from within our university. We want to show the public how strongly we believe in what we are doing. Employee giving contributions to the NSU Foundation will strengthen the Foundation and its ability to support NSU.

There are a variety of ways to donate to the Foundation; the most convenient method is through monthly payroll deduction. The amount of the employee contribution is not as important to us as his or her willingness to support the university. Each contribution can be designated to almost any area of campus. You can donate to your own department, faculty development, or a special program. You may also choose to have your contribution go to the general scholarship fund or campus beautification projects.

Currently 42% of NSU employees contribute to the Employee Giving Campaign for 2009. Even a gift as low as $8.50 per month equals a yearly gift of over $100.00. Each and every gift is significant to the support of Northeastern State University.
