Employee Giving The Employee Giving Program is an integral part of the Charting the Second Century Campaign for Northeastern State University. We believe that we will be able to garner greater public support if we are able to show strong support from within our university. We want to show the public how strongly we believe in what we are doing. Employee giving contributions to the NSU Foundation will strengthen the Foundation and its ability to support NSU. In 2010, NSU faculty and staff members donated over $110,000 to support the institution (up 5% compared to 2009). There are a variety of ways to donate to the Foundation; the most convenient method is through monthly payroll deduction. The amount of the employee contribution is not as important to us as his or her willingness to support the university. Each contribution can be designated to almost any area of campus. You can donate to your own department, faculty development, or a special program. You may also choose to have your contribution go to the general scholarship fund or campus beautification projects.
For 2010, 34% of NSU employees contribute to the Employee Giving Campaign. Employee Giving totals as of December of 2011
